Simultaneously in Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, and Zurich, we officially launched our community. The exclusive HR Trends Report 2025 also premiered, while innovations could be experienced live in our AI Experience Corners. The virtual Choc & Learn combined inspiration and indulgence: a panel with leading HR visionaries offered insights into current trends, an interactive chocolate tasting sparked lively discussion, and participants gained valuable impulses for tomorrow’s HR transformation.

All Hands on Deck – Zurich | October 2025
Miriam Isabelle Kuil (SIX Group) opened with the keynote “Shaping HR with AI: Potential, Pitfalls, and Principles,” grounding the evening in real‑world lessons from AI in HR. From there, participants moved into concise 30‑minute Deep Dives on AI and automation and on KPI‑driven dashboards, turning ideas into practical next steps. We wrapped up with an exclusive dinner and curated networking, where open questions evolved into focused conversations and concrete takeaways.
A Global Christmas Experience – Virtual | November 2025
As the year drew to a close, we celebrated 1 year of HR Frontrunners and the official launch of Frontrunners Voices — a milestone that brought our community even closer together. Highlights included tasting authentic Christmas specialties and the presentation of the e-book “Intelligence Drives Impact.” We wrapped up the HR year 2025 with an open, inspiring conversation.
